Additionally, the property features a shaded seating area by the pool and a traditional sitting area and BQQ for your enjoyment and relaxation. for those of you who are active the property also has a foot pitch.
Indoors, a generously sized living room and dining space with floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the inviting pool area. You have access to a prep kitchen and a delightful coffee corner, both overlooking the central courtyard. The large, tastefully decorated bedroom includes a bathroom with views of the swimming pool, completing the serene living experience.

Deposit
Please be aware that a deposit (500AED refundable) must be paid before entering the villa. Additionally, the guest is to sign a rules contract.
Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's cleanliness upon check-out.

Guests are kindly reminded to adhere to the swimming pool rules and use these facilities responsibly by following posted guidelines. Parents and guardians of attending children are urged to exercise extra vigilance around the pool.
Smoking
No smoking inside or outside the property to maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests and prevents damage from cigarette smoke. In cases of breach you will loose your deposit.
Behaviour
All guests are expected to be behave in a manor that is consistent with the cultural and religious norms of the UAE.
