Collecting Fees Outside of Travent
Hosts are prohibited from collecting any extra fees or charges outside the Travent platform in connection with a booking, except for deposits.
However, if hosts offer additional services to guests, such as arranging for event services or providing entertainment like bouncy castles, these services are to be negotiated and agreed upon directly between the guest and the host. Hosts are encouraged to showcase these additional services on their listing to inform potential guests of these offerings.
