Guests should be aware that caretaker will require temporary acess to the stables to feed the horses two times a day at 06:00 AM and 06:00 PM.

Deposit
Please be aware that a deposit (500 AED refundable) must be paid, and a property contract must be signed before entering the villa.
Smoking
No smoking inside the property to maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests and prevents damage from cigarette smoke. Guests can use the designated smoke area in the garden.
Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property's cleanliness upon check-out.
Swimming Pool
Guests are kindly reminded to adhere to the swimming pool rules and use these facilities responsibly by following posted guidelines. This includes showering before using the pool and refraining from diving, as it poses a risk of injury and potential damage to the pool. Please note that towels are not provided at the resort, so kindly bring your own. Parents and guardians of attending children are urged to exercise extra vigilance around the pool.
Horse Feeding
Please note that caretaker will attend to feeding horses at 06:00 AM and PM to feed the horses.

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, we kindly request your cooperation in conserving resources like electricity and water. Be sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not needed during your stay
