A refundable deposit of 1000 dirhams is required upon arrival which will be returned during your departure after confirming property cleanliness and non-damage.

No Smoking Policy
To maintain a smoke-free environment and prevent damage caused by cigarette smoke, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may use the designated smoking area in the garden.
Events
For special occasions and events of any nature held on the property, please be aware of the maximum capacity, which is set at 50-60 individuals. Guests are kindly requested to inform the host in advance. It's important to note that an additional charge of 1500 AED, along with an extra 1000 AED on top of the standard deposit, is applicable for event bookings. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines ensures a smooth and enjoyable event experience.
