Within the property, you'll find a delightful games room, complete with a majlis and a cozy coffee corner. The accommodation comprises two well-sized living rooms and a dining area adjacent to a fully fitted kitchen, providing a perfect blend of comfort and functionality.
Among the five rooms in the property, two are designated as Master Rooms, two as Deluxe Rooms, and there is also a dedicated Maid's Room. This diverse array of rooms ensures ample space and accommodation options for residents or guests. The Palm House is a harmonious blend of scenic beauty, luxurious living spaces, and recreational amenities, making it an ideal escape in the heart of nature.

Deposit
Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a refundable deposit of AED 1000. This deposit will be fully refunded. Lead Guest would need to sign a property contract upon arrival.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the property to maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests and prevent damage caused by cigarette smoke. Guests can use the designated smoking area in the garden.
Cleanliness
Please ensure you leave the area clean when you leave and that all items are in the place they were found.
Swimming Pool
Guests are kindly requested to review the rules for using the facilities. We hope they use these facilities carefully in accordance with the guidelines provided. Parents are requested to be vigilant around the swimming pool.
